SAMY is a global brand communications group; this role leads day-to-day influencer scouting and creator relationship management for fast-paced Always On campaigns in Brazil. You will ensure effective client communication, coordinate creators, content production, approvals, and deliverables to drive impact.

We value strong relationships, trend awareness, and a strategic, creative approach to influencer briefs and campaign execution within a hybrid Brazil-based role.

Qualificações

• Proven influencer marketing experience including scouting, curation, campaigns and relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian influencer ecosystem, platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and creators.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Slack, Google Sheets/Excel, and Google Slides/PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily influencer scouting, mapping, outreach, and curation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, coordinating creators, content, approvals, deliverables and guidelines.
• Develop clear influencer briefs aligned with objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage client and creator relationships, provide updates, coordinate deliverables, ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain campaign trackers, talent databases, and presentation decks for visibility.
• Coordinate multiple campaigns and priorities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends and opportunities in Brazil.

Role Mission

Lead the day-to-day influencer scouting and creator relationship management, ensuring effective client communication and the seamless execution of fast-paced “Always On” campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily influencer scouting, mapping, outreach, and curation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, coordinating creators, content production, approvals, deliverables, and campaign guidelines.

• Develop clear, strategic, and creative influencer briefs aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and creators, providing proactive updates, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication.

• Maintain accurate campaign trackers, talent databases, and presentation decks to ensure operational efficiency and visibility.

• Coordinate multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

• Stay up to date with the influencer marketing ecosystem, digital trends, platforms, and emerging creator opportunities in Brazil.

Skills & experience

• Strong experience in influencer marketing, including talent scouting, creator curation, campaign execution, and relationship management.

• Solid knowledge of the Brazilian influencer ecosystem, digital platforms, cultural trends, and creator landscape.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, creators, and internal teams.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Slack, Google Sheets/Excel, and Google Slides/PowerPoint, with experience managing trackers, databases, and campaign presentations.
