SAMY in São Paulo is seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media team and elevate our clients' digital presence. You will mentor a 6-person team, drive content strategies, oversee execution, and translate performance data into business insights.

You will collaborate with internal creative, performance media, and influencer marketing teams at SAMY to deliver data-driven campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in social media agency environments, tech, or digital media.
• Deep knowledge of social media strategy, content creation, social listening, and platform algorithms (TikTok/Instagram).
• Strong analytical ability to translate social data into executive summaries.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Fluency or advanced English essential for global client collaboration.

Role Mission

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media team and elevate the digital presence of our clients. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of 6 professionals, drive creative content strategies, oversee flawless execution, and turn performance data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day workflow of a 6-person social media team (content creators, copywriters, and designers).
• Develop and execute data-driven, omnichannel social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) aligned with client business objectives.
• Oversee content calendars, briefing approvals, quality control, and execution speed across all accounts.
• Monitor key performance indicators (reach, engagement, conversion, sentiment) and deliver high-level strategic reporting to clients.
• Manage social crisis communication and community management standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative, performance media, and influencer marketing teams at Samy.

Skills & experience

• Proven track record in a leadership or managerial role within social media agency environments, tech, or digital media platforms.
• Deep knowledge of social media strategy, content creation, social listening, and platform algorithms (with a heavy focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels).
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex social data into clear executive summaries.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
• Fluent or advanced English proficiency (essential for global client collaboration).
