Job description

TSEA energy provides solutions for the generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical energy, including power transformers and reactors up to 550kV and single-phase voltage regulators. It is headquartered in Contagem, Minas Gerais, with offices in São Paulo and Houston and factories in Contagem, Betim, Curitiba, and Eden, North Carolina.The Indirect Buyer is responsible for managing the purchasing process for indirect materials and services required for the operation of the Eden manufacturing facility, acting as the main local purchasing contact and maintaining close alignment with the Purchasing team in Brazil.

Requisitos

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in indirect purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and purchasing/procurement tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with international teams (Brazil-based Purchasing team).
