Job summary

TSEA energy is seeking an HR Analyst (Generalist) for its Eden, NC facility. You will handle personnel administration, payroll, benefits, and day-to-day HR routines while supporting employees and managers on people-related matters.

Additionally, you will serve as the plant receptionist, welcoming visitors and new hires, and assist with recruitment as needed to ensure smooth operations at the site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with strong generalist duties.
• Knowledge of U.S. labor and HR practices.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming, service-oriented approach for front-desk tasks.

We are seeking an HR Analyst (Generalist) for our Eden, NC facility, with strong experience in personnel administration (documentation, benefits, and records management), payroll processing, and general HR routines. You will support employees and managers on people-related matters and assist with recruitment when needed.

The role also serves as the plant's receptionist, acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, guests, and new employees.

Requisitos Qualifications

• Degree in Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with strong generalist duties, ideally with a focus on personnel administration.
• Knowledge of U.S. labor and HR practices.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming, service-oriented approach, given the front-desk/receptionist component of the role.
• Knowledge of talent attraction/recruitment processes is a plus.
• Advanced Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
