The Role: Inbound Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Inbound Sales Consultant to guide prospective customers through our moving process. Your main responsibility will be managing inbound calls and emails, providing quotes, and converting leads into scheduled moves—all while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

This is a remote, full-time position with consistent hours and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email to understand customer needs and provide accurate move quotes
  • Convert inbound leads into booked reservations by clearly communicating value and answering objections
  • Follow up on open quotes and previously unresponsive leads through outbound outreach
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to operations by capturing and confirming accurate move details
  • Represent Undergrads with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset

What You Can Expect

Work from anywhere in a distraction-free environment

Base rate of $1,750 USD/month plus commission—earn between $1,750 USD - $2,000 USD per month on average.

10-day training to get you fully up to speed

Exposure to multiple areas of the business with potential for advancement

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
