[Current Students Only] You will join Prática’s R&D Department, which has around 50 professionals working on product development across five different categories.The position focuses on applying Systems Engineering concepts to support complexity management studies for the Bakery Ovens, Combi Ovens, and Speed Ovens product categories.The role is based in Pouso Alegre, Minas Gerais, in southeastern Brazil, with activities taking place across the R&D offices, manufacturing plant, and laboratories.Occasional business travel may be required in specific cases, such as visits to suppliers or customers.

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the complexity management database and tools;
• Apply Systems Engineering concepts to complexity management studies for Bakery Ovens, Combi Ovens, and Speed Ovens;
• Analyze product complexity in terms of components, modules, and SKUs, identifying commonality levels and potential opportunities;
• Work with Microsoft Office tools to organize, analyze, and present data;
• Participate in meetings with technical and R&D teams to collect information and align analyses;
• Lead meetings to present and discuss results and findings with relevant teams;
• Propose and develop complexity management tools and methodologies;
• Study and support the practical application of Systems Engineering concepts within product development.
