Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Serves as a People Business Partner, understanding business objectives and influencing new approaches to improve productivity and talent development at individual and team levels. Leads, designs, and manages the HR strategy at the national level for the Large Format Sales areas, working closely with the teams.

Responsible for integrating two of the largest sales forces (Wholesale and Organized Trade), leading at the national level as People BP for 1,300 people, aligning HR initiatives with commercial objectives to optimize organization structures, rewards, and talent.

Your Impact

  • Lead and execute key HR initiatives supporting PepsiCo's vision for SP state;
  • Address sales needs through project development with specialist areas;
  • Design and lead projects with national impact, working independently;
  • Coach and mentor at managerial levels;
  • Partner with business leaders on talent pipeline and succession planning;
  • Ensure employee development in collaboration with Talent Management;
  • Develop strategies to improve organizational health and culture;
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure positive onboarding experiences;
  • Communicate strategically at various organizational levels;
  • Utilize data analytics to inform business decisions;
  • Lead re-skilling programs in collaboration with Learning and functional areas.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • Major in Industrial/Labor Relations, HR Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred;
  • Master’s or MBA in HR is a plus;
  • Experience in HR, including leading, coaching, and mentoring;
  • Experience with labor relations;
  • Advanced Business English;
  • Strong data analytics skills;
  • Courageous decision-making and professionalism in ambiguous situations;
  • Consultative approach with credible relationships with business partners.
