The Opportunity
Serves as a People Business Partner, understanding business objectives and influencing new approaches to improve productivity and talent development at individual and team levels. Leads, designs, and manages the HR strategy at the national level for the Large Format Sales areas, working closely with the teams.
Responsible for integrating two of the largest sales forces (Wholesale and Organized Trade), leading at the national level as People BP for 1,300 people, aligning HR initiatives with commercial objectives to optimize organization structures, rewards, and talent.
