Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a People Business Partner, you will understand business objectives and influence new approaches to enhance productivity, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You will lead the HR strategy for the Large Format Sales areas, integrating two major sales forces (Wholesale and Organized Trade) at the national level, managing approximately 1,300 employees.

Your Impact

• Lead and execute HR initiatives supporting PepsiCo’s vision for SP state.
• Develop projects addressing sales needs in collaboration with specialist teams.
• Design and lead impactful national projects independently.
• Coach and mentor managers.
• Partner with leadership on talent pipeline and succession planning.
• Promote employee development with Talent Management.
• Improve organizational health and culture to ensure high employee engagement.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for onboarding.
• Communicate strategically across organizational levels.
• Utilize data analytics to inform business decisions.
• Lead re-skilling programs with Learning and functional teams.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, HR Management, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s or MBA in HR preferred.
• HR experience, including leading and mentoring teams.
• Labor relations experience.
• Proficiency in Business English.
• Strong data-driven solution development skills.
• Decisiveness and professionalism in ambiguous situations.
• Consultative approach with strong relationship-building skills.
