Responsibilities
The Opportunity

Plays a critical role as a People Business Partner with the ability to understand business objectives by examining, establishing, and influencing new approaches to achieve continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity, and the development of talent at the individual and team levels within the company.

Leads, designs, and manages the development of the HR strategy at the national level for the Large Format Sales areas of the organization, working closely with the teams we support.

Responsible for integrating two of the largest sales forces (Wholesale and Organized Trade) at the national level as People BP for 1,300 people, aligning with commercial objectives to influence new approaches for continuous improvement in organization structures, rewards, and talent development.

Your Impact
  • Lead and execute key HR initiatives supporting PepsiCo's vision for SP state;
  • Address Sales needs through project development with specialist areas;
  • Design and lead various national impact projects, focusing on appropriate solutions in an independent environment;
  • Coach and mentor at managerial level;
  • Partner with business leaders to assess talent pipelines and develop succession plans for critical roles;
  • Ensure continuous development and advancement of employees in partnership with Talent Management;
  • Support strategies to improve organizational health and culture, ensuring high employee commitment;
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure positive onboarding experiences;
  • Communicate strategically at different organizational levels;
  • Utilize data insights to enable timely, data-driven decisions;
  • Lead the Reskilling program in collaboration with Learning and functional areas to develop learning strategies for Large Format.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • Major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field preferred;
  • Master's or MBA in HR is a plus;
  • Previous HR experience;
  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams;
  • Experience in labor relations;
  • Advanced Business English;
  • Strong data analytics skills for solution development;
  • Courage to make tough decisions and communicate professionally in ambiguous situations;
  • Consultative approach with proven relationship-building skills.
