Plays a critical role as a People Business Partner with the ability to understand business objectives by examining, establishing, and influencing new approaches to achieve continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity, and the development of talent at the individual and team levels within the company.
Leads, designs, and manages the development of the HR strategy at the national level for the Large Format Sales areas of the organization, working closely with the teams we support.
Responsible for integrating two of the largest sales forces (Wholesale and Organized Trade) at the national level as People BP for 1,300 people, aligning with commercial objectives to influence new approaches for continuous improvement in organization structures, rewards, and talent development.
