- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Work effectively with diverse personality types and all job levels.
- Maintain high ethical standards and handle confidential information discreetly.
- Exercise sound judgment on significant HR matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduation or postgraduate degree in any field.
- Strong understanding of federal and state laws.
- Experience: 9-12 years in Human Resources, with skills in recruiting, payroll, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese communication skills.
