You will play a key role in shaping company culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting business goals through strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years managing remote teams.
• Proficiency in remote HR tools.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and global remote work standards.
• Excellent virtual communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and foster teamwork remotely.

Compensation

$2,000 - $3,000 USD/month, paid in USD depending on experience.
