United Test And Assembly Center Limited (UTAC) in Brazil seeks a Senior/Executive HR Business Partnering to align HR policies and processes across business units. You will engage stakeholders with a service mindset and address organizational and employee needs.
Responsibilities include communicating HR programmes, supporting employee engagement initiatives, guiding managers on performance management and disciplinary actions, handling employee movements, and producing monthly and ad hoc reports.
The Senior/Executive, HR Business Partnering role requires good communication and negotiation skills in managing various stakeholders to ensure consistency in HR policies, practices and processes are aligned for all business units. The role adopts a service excellence mindset and is passionate about addressing organizational and employees' needs and issues.
Develop communication material/announcement/information kits for the HR programmes/activities to convey desired messages clearly and effectively to the targeted audience
Plan and execute communication activities using the appropriate channels/tools for the targeted audience via email, e-newsletter, intranet, TV, noticeboard, etc.
Provide support in programs and initiatives designed to improve employee engagement such as townhall, festive celebration, team building program and wellness activities in collaboration with various committees
Facilitate new hire orientation and briefing in online/classroom style
Guide Supervisors and Managers in performance management including performance improvement program (PIP)
Guide Supervisors and Managers in handling grievances and disciplinary process
Manage employee movements such transfer, re-designation, promotion, resignation, termination, absence without official leave (AWOL), retirement, re-employment upon retirement, etc.
Prepare, analyze and present monthly and adhoc reports
Support in union-related matters
Support HR improvement projects
