Garrett Motion is seeking a detail-oriented HR Payroll Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Guarulhos, Brazil. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with local labor laws, and supports HR operations with reliable data.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, has payroll experience, and strong Excel/HRIS skills (ADP, SAP, Oracle). You will collaborate with HR, Finance and external providers to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing or HR analytics.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and labor laws.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS (ADP, SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
• Validate timesheets, leaves, benefits, bonuses, and deductions.
• Audit payroll data to ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and third‑party providers to resolve payroll issues.
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform and improve HR practices and policies.
