The Wow

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic and multinational team. This role is based in Brazil, reporting to Regional HR Manager LATAM, you will be directly responsible for supporting all HR Processes for Brazil.

Responsibilities
  • Assist HR Manager in working on HR related policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Assist HR Manager and Finance Manager on various employee relations issues.
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, to ensure compliance with internal processes and local legal requirements.
  • Support all aspects of staffing and, where necessary, compensation & benefits for employees of the designated areas are delivered timely.
  • Maintain internal HR Systems updated to ensure accuracy and quality data.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing employer branding activities.
  • Be an advocate for Betsson Group’s culture and values and support all activities related to it.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology or related.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR roles; however, this is a role that promotes learning and growing, so attitude and a thirst for business are highly regarded.
  • Experience with professional profiles recruitment is key.
  • Professional level of general computer and software knowledge.
  • Knowledge and training in labor legislation and health & safety is highly valued.
  • High attention to detail and ability to effectively plan work tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with ability to see the big picture while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented and proactive self-starter; strong sense of pace and urgency.
