Jobtailor is seeking an HR Onboarding Assistant in São Paulo to handle documentation verification, scheduling medical exams, and entering new employee data into the payroll system. You will monitor deadlines and ensure each onboarding step is completed accurately, while supporting the HR team with routine onboarding tasks.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic payroll familiarity (Apdata), and experience with onboarding processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

• Experience with onboarding processes is desirable.
