AgileEngine is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth in Santo André, Federative Republic Of Brazil. You will manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, design reliable platform services, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure.

Experience with distributed architectures and AI-native tooling is valued, and you’ll be working with senior leaders to drive infrastructure

Qualificações

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year AWS and Kubernetes, incl. Istio/Linkerd/Cilium or similar.
• 1+ year building advanced architectural components such as service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, federated/polyglot persistence.
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to learn on the fly, and a desire for ownership.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to build and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth. This person designs reliable platform services, manages cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and works closely with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure. Comfort with distributed architecture and AI-native tooling matters here.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support company growth.

MUST HAVES
