BairesDev is actively seeking a Hiring Journey Associate to enhance the candidate experience and support efficient hiring processes for global clients. You will serve as a primary contact between BairesDev and candidates in your pipeline, guiding them through internal and external openings with clear communication and strong candidate experience.

The role focuses on relationship-building, scheduling, and coordination for interviews and assessments, while maintaining thorough applicant records

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their process and build relationships during the selection process.
• Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Help assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and fit.
• Support candidates before interviews with clients, help coordinate interviews and assessments, and participate in client interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest.
• Gather and communicate candidate experience and information for potential fits so that Staffing can make informed decisions.

Hiring Journey Associate at BairesDev

As a Hiring Journey Associate, you'll help provide a positive hiring experience for candidates while supporting a smooth and efficient process to meet client needs. You'll be a contact point for communications between BairesDev and candidates in your pipeline, helping advance them within the recruiting process for both internal and external client openings. This is your opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts, building relationships with candidates while supporting client expectations through clear communication and strong candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Help assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and fit.
• Support candidates before interviews with clients, help coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates, and participate in client interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest.
• Gather and communicate candidate experience and information for potential fits so that our Staffing team can make informed decisions.
