Jobtailor is seeking a qualified electrical/computer engineer to develop and execute HIL test cases using dSPACE platforms, validating software, system performance, and requirements in a Brazilian automotive setting.

You will collaborate with international teams, support MATLAB/Simulink modeling and simulation, analyze results with CAN tools, and help verify ADAS across the lifecycle. Fluent English is required; Portuguese proficiency is expected in Brazil.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with HIL testing, software validation, and test automation.
• Fluent English mandatory; English proficiency assessed during recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute HIL test cases using dSPACE platforms to validate software functionality, system performance, and requirements.
• Support software development, modeling, simulation, and integration activities using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Analyze test results and investigate issues using CANalyzer and CANoe.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts and test environments.
• Support verification and validation of ADAS functions and systems throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams, software developers, and other stakeholders on system integration and validation.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for test plans, test cases, results, defects, and validation activities.
• Support a major automotive OEM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with dSPACE HIL tools and platforms
• Minimum 2 years of experience with MATLAB/Simulink
• Hands-on experience in HIL testing, software validation, and test automation
• Experience with ADAS systems is highly desirable
• Good knowledge of automotive communication protocols, particularly CAN
• Familiarity with CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, and Vector DaVinci Configurator is a plus
• Programming experience with C/C++ is a plus
• Fluent English is mandatory
• English proficiency will be assessed during the recruitment process
