Are you ready to lead the charge in bringing a groundbreaking data intelligence platform to market?

We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial, and purpose-driven Head of Engineering to lead technical development and scale our engineering capabilities. This role is ideal for a senior full-stack engineer (5-10 years of experience) who is ready to step up into leadership and is passionate about building solutions from scratch in a flexible, fully remote, task-based work environment.

Most of our team is based in Brazil, but we target global markets and this position is open for candidates in any geography with up to 4-hour difference to Brasília time zone (GMT-3).

What You'll Do:

Lead, manage, and scale our engineering team through a hands-on, collaborative approach.
Architect and develop scalable, reliable products combining no-code tools (Bubble or similar), custom full-stack solutions, and cloud infrastructure (GCP).
Drive the strategy and implementation of advanced data products, particularly involving Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-driven classification, and data enrichment pipelines.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable engineering outcomes.
Foster engineering excellence with a balance of rapid iteration and robust quality.

We're Looking For:

A senior full-stack engineer with 5-10 years of software development experience, ready to embrace leadership and product ownership.
Hands-on experience with no-code platforms like Bubble, alongside custom development expertise.
Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deliver scalable infrastructure and sophisticated data solutions.
Demonstrable experience integrating and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fully remote, flexible, and outcome-oriented startup setting.
Genuine enthusiasm for building technologies for collective good, ideally with experience in early-stage startups and interest in impact investing or sustainability.
