Qualificações

4+ years of experience as a Python Engineer with hands-on coding expertise.
Experience with GenAI models and vector-based retrieval systems.
Solid understanding of SQL databases, machine learning, and deep learning basics.
Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience with GenAI models and vector-based retrieval systems (FAISS).
Familiarity with OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
Knowledge of SQL databases, ML basics, and deep learning.

Responsabilidades

Accountabilities:

Design and maintain Python applications powered by GenAI, RAG, Agentic workflows, and LLM technologies
Build and fine-tune retrieval pipelines using vector databases and indexing techniques
Integrate APIs and tools such as OpenAI, LLamaParse, and LangChain into scalable AI systems
Enhance AI response relevance through advanced knowledge augmentation methods
Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and developers to implement real-world AI solutions
Write efficient, scalable, maintainable code in line with engineering best practices
Debug, test, and optimize AI/ML applications for performance and reliability
Stay informed on GenAI, NLP, RAG, and Python-based AI developments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Certifications or formal education in data management and cloud technologies
4+ years of experience as a Python Engineer with hands-on coding expertise
Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Experience with GenAI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and vector-based retrieval systems (e.g., FAISS)
Familiarity with APIs and tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face
Solid understanding of SQL databases, machine learning, and deep learning basics
Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Competence in prompt engineering and debugging
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
English proficiency: B2+ to C1
