Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met, including housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
  • Accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits tasks and settlement upon Guests’ departure.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience Opera software is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
