What you’ll do

• Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns using HubSpot or High Level.
• Maintain active and on-brand social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X).
• Create and manage a 30-day content calendar.
• Design graphics and edit short videos with Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
• Automate workflows with Zapier, integrating tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
• Analyze results using Excel/Google Sheets and share insights.
• Collaborate with sales teams in South America and prepare clear process documentation.

Must-have experience

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot preferred).
• Proven success in running multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social).
• Experience building workflows in Zapier or Make.
• Basic design and video editing skills; provide samples of past work.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an agency managing multiple brands.
• Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, etc.).
• Experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email customization.

• Implement an automated email+SMS nurture campaign with ≥20% open rate and ≤1% unsubscribe rate.
• Publish a full month of social media posts on schedule.
• Reduce campaign build time by 25% through automation.
