About the Growth Team

The Growth Team is responsible for driving Zippi’s entire growth strategy and owning demand generation as a core function. We spearhead campaigns and develop channels that create and capture user interest in Zippi’s solutions. Our team will lead the company in serving millions of micro and small businesses over the next few years, ensuring we meet our ambitious goals.

Our philosophy is to take a holistic view of the business, understanding how user acquisition interacts with core functions such as credit and product. This broader perspective enables us to make smarter decisions, balancing trade-offs to maximize Zippi’s overall success.

What You’ll Do

Growth strategy – Identify high-impact opportunities and lead initiatives that power our topline growth.

World-class team building – Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Demand generation – Test and operate different acquisition channels, blending proven tactics with novel approaches to generate and nurture user growth effectively.

Data-driven experimentation – Implement a rigorous testing framework, enabling rapid iteration and evidence-based decisions across the entire customer funnel.

What We’re Looking For

Track record – You’ve built and scaled digital-first customer acquisition engines that have driven companies to $100M+ ARR.

Ability to operate at all levels – You’re able to switch between big-picture vision/strategy and hands-on execution to lead from the front and inspire your team to produce exceptional work.

Talent magnet – You’ve shown in past roles that you can attract top-tier talent, unite them around bold goals, and consistently deliver on them.

Critical thinking – You can break down complex challenges, adapt past learnings to new realities, and are willing to pivot when facts or results prove otherwise.
