Qualificações

• Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou Administração.
• Inglês avançado para ambientes globais.
• Experiência comprovada em transformação digital e SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer liderança de arquitetura de TI e diretrizes para soluções empresariais, assegurando escalabilidade e conformidade.
• Liderar iniciativas globais de TI com equipes regionais para consistência e estabilidade de sistemas.
• Gerenciar projetos de TI end-to-end, incluindo planejamento, orçamentos e entrega de soluções empresariais complexas.
• Supervisionar seleção de fornecedores, contratação e gestão de desempenho de serviços de TI.
• Impulsionar iniciativas SAP e melhorias em sistemas corporativos, incluindo implantação e upgrades.
• Assegurar conformidade com governança, segurança e padrões regulatórios, com documentação atualizada.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global IT Solution Lead based in Brazil.

This is a senior global IT leadership role responsible for designing, guiding, and governing enterprise-wide technology solutions across complex, multi-regional environments. You will play a key role in aligning global and regional IT strategies, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that support critical business operations. The role combines architectural leadership, project delivery oversight, and stakeholder management across international teams and vendors. You will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives, particularly within SAP and enterprise business systems, while ensuring compliance, governance, and best practices. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, requiring both technical depth and strong leadership in cross-functional and multicultural environments. Your work will directly influence the stability, scalability, and evolution of global IT ecosystems.

Accountabilities:

• Provide technical architecture leadership and guidance across enterprise IT solutions, ensuring alignment with global standards, scalability requirements, and best practices.


• Lead and coordinate global IT initiatives, working closely with regional teams to ensure consistent implementation and system stability across geographies.


• Manage end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of complex enterprise solutions.


• Oversee vendor selection, contracting, and performance management, ensuring external partners deliver aligned and compliant IT services.


• Drive SAP-related initiatives and enterprise system enhancements, including implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical business applications.


• Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and regulatory standards, maintaining proper documentation and approval workflows.


• Collaborate with Scrum teams and Agile stakeholders to support delivery, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of IT systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.


• Advanced or fluent English communication skills, with experience working in global, cross-cultural environments.


• Strong experience in IT solution architecture, enterprise systems, and SAP-based environments.


• Proven track record in digital transformation projects and enterprise-scale system implementation.


• Deep understanding of business processes such as procurement, finance, accounts payable, master data, and related EBS functions.


• Experience leading complex IT projects, managing stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional global teams.


• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and modern IT delivery frameworks.


• Ability to engage with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure delivery of external IT services.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
