Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales strategies and customer relations to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Set goals, monitor performance indicators, analyze the market, and propose solutions for sustainable growth.
- Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team; set individual and team goals; conduct regular meetings for results evaluation and team development.

- Customer Relationship Management: Identify and prospect new clients; maintain and expand existing relationships; ensure customer satisfaction through effective service and quick solutions; negotiate contracts, commercial conditions, and deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators like sales volume, conversion rate, and sales cycle; prepare periodic performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Engineering, Administration, People Management, or related fields.
- Previous experience in sales and managing commercial teams, preferably in the company's sector.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and market analysis.
- Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, management software, and data analysis.
- Availability for travel (if necessary).
