Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop sales strategies and customer relations to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Identify and prospect new clients; maintain and expand existing relationships; ensure customer satisfaction through effective service and quick solutions; negotiate contracts, commercial conditions, and deadlines.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators like sales volume, conversion rate, and sales cycle; prepare periodic performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
  • Higher education in Engineering, Administration, People Management, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in sales and managing commercial teams, preferably in the company's sector.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and market analysis.
  • Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, management software, and data analysis.
  • Availability for travel (if necessary).
