St. Luke's University Health Network, the region's largest and most established health system, is seeking passionate BC/BE Geriatricians to join our dedicated team providing excellent senior care. Our team includes 12 Board Certified Geriatricians, 9 Nurse Practitioners, and a Social Worker.

Primary services include:

• Inpatient consultation
• Post-Acute services LTC, CCRC, PC
• Participation in Fellowship Training Program
• Collaboration with Cardiology, Trauma, Orthopedics
• Interdisciplinary work with Nursing, Pharmacy, Rehab, Social Work
• Skilled nursing facility medical directorship opportunity
• Telephone call shared with other geriatricians
