About the Role

The Advanced Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) will provide healthcare services under supervision or collaboration with the attending physician. Responsibilities include medical evaluation, treatment, counseling, referrals, diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic remediation, surgical assistance, and pharmaceutical prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, treat, counsel, and educate patients and families.
  • Perform physical examinations and study medical histories.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement patient management plans.
  • Coordinate care with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based healthcare.
  • Perform procedures aligned with clinical privileges.
  • Conduct virtual care assessments and treatments.
  • Participate in research, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain electronic medical records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Engage in patient education and health promotion.
Qualifications

Board eligible or certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current license in PA or NJ. New grads encouraged to apply; 1-year experience preferred.

Physical and Sensory Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks as described, with the ability to perceive through touch, hearing, and vision.
