Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree required in Law, Business, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Experience in multinational companies or Big Four preferred.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Responsible for Indirect Tax ( (ICMS, IPI, PIS/Cofins, ISS)
  • Identify all Local Tax Rules or changes that should be followed by UL;

  • Give advice to the Business or Third Party Tax Services Providers to guarantee the alignment and the consistent application of all tax rules;

  • Support Business decisions related to tax matters, including tax modeling and calculation of P&L and cash impacts;

  • Contingent Tax monitor;

  • Identify, implement or give advice related to Tax Planning opportunities, in order to achieve the most tax efficient structure or impacts, including the identification and mitigation of tax risks;

  • Request, implement and monitor Tax Incentives and Special Tax Regimes;

  • Evaluate and implement initiatives to monetize tax credits;

  • Develop Internal Tax Training, when it is necessary, to guarantee the applicable tax rules;

  • Strategic support to tax audits;

  • Team management and people development.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed- Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

  • Preference for experience in multinational companies, but candidates with Big Four experience are also considered.

  • Specific experience in indirect taxes.

  • Advanced English is required.
  • Experience with ICMS, IPI, PIS/Cofins and ISS
