Your Role
  • As a Market Strategy Manager, you will collaborate with global and regional teams to implement strategic initiatives for the SBU in LATAM. The focus is on general manufacturing & maintenance markets, particularly general industry OEM & MRO, and the Automotive Aftermarket. Your key stakeholders include regional SBU management, country sales heads, technical service, PD, and other marketing functions.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Drive, manage, and execute regional market strategies to achieve business unit financial goals.
  • Derive actionable insights and define initiatives from Strategy Execution Review to enable sales growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Lead regional market sizing and landscaping with the market intelligence team to prioritize opportunities, drive segmentation, and define go-to-market channels.
  • Lead marketing initiatives and contribute content for market and customer activation campaigns.
  • Identify market segment needs and support Product and Technology managers in defining portfolio strategy.
  • Develop business cases and launch plans with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regional steering calls with stakeholders.
Your Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in Marketing, Strategic Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or related fields.
  • Strategic thinking, strong communication, and influencing skills.
  • Project management skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in general industry OEM & MRO, Automotive Aftermarket, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding industry drivers with commercial expertise.
  • Excellent strategic and conceptual skills for developing marketing plans.
  • Ability to independently lead initiatives and implement market solutions.
