Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-oriented and visionary Senior Business Manager to provide strategic direction and leadership across new business. This role will involve overseeing business operations, developing high-level strategies, and ensuring the alignment of business goals with long-term objectives while testing and scaling new products and go-to-market. As a senior member of the leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the company, guiding teams to success, and ensuring we meet our ambitious growth targets.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market trends.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L to ensure the financial health of the business and meet corporate targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and improve business processes, performance metrics, and organizational structures.
  • Change Management: Lead the business through periods of growth, transformation, and challenges with resilience and a focus on success.

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business success in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and results.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Deep understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Experience in leading organizational change and navigating complex challenges.
