Job summary

Etho IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources to join an international project on a 100% remote basis. You will lead HR process discussions with business stakeholders and configure the platform end to end, from requirements through go-live.

You will run workshops, perform Fit-Gap analyses, design AS-IS/TO-BE processes, and ensure smooth data migration, testing, and training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing or enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources, with strong hands-on configuration.
• Solid knowledge of corporate HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience leading workshops, Fit-Gap analyses, and AS-IS / TO-BE process design.
• Experience with functional testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Understanding HR integrations, especially payroll and finance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with HR stakeholders and business users, map AS-IS processes, and design TO-BE processes.
• Perform Fit-Gap analyses and recommend solutions using standard Dynamics 365 HR capabilities.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Human Resources: organization management, jobs, positions and hierarchies.
• Handle personnel management and the employee lifecycle, leave and absence, benefits and compensation, and self-service.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, payroll and Finance interfaces.
• Support data migration, functional and integration testing, and UAT.
• Deliver documentation and end-user training, and support go-live, hypercare, and stabilization.
