About the team:

The FIC team is responsible for creating and developing integrations between Trustly's product and financial institutions around the world. These connectors can be direct integrations, like a REST API, or other technologies that allow us to obtain necessary information to authorize banking/financial transactions. The team also monitors the success rate of each connector and transactions, taking actions to maintain high product quality.

What you will do:

• Search for solutions to complex and challenging problems with a defined scope.
• Develop and maintain connectors with financial institutions covered by Trustly's product.
• Develop APIs.
• Address issues related to missing data or information in HTTP transactions.

Who you are:

• You are a full-stack developer passionate about learning, with a degree in a related IT field.
• Experience with web development.
• Understanding of different software architectures and their applications.
• Experience with Java or .NET in backend development, with a focus on Java here.
• You can apply design patterns appropriately in real-world scenarios.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Preferably, experience with Angular2+, React, or Vue.js, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with non-relational databases is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and optimize SQL queries for performance is desirable.
