Design, develop, and operate software solutions that empower millions of healthcare staff:

• Work with the engineering team to conceptualize, create, and maintain state-of-the-art apps and software solutions.

Work in a cross-functional team.

• Collaborate with fullstack engineers, product designers and product managers to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall product development process.

Write clean code that serves as an example to others.

• Take a lead role in designing and developing mobile applications, ensuring integration and communication between software components.
• Drive continuous software improvement by proactively identifying areas for optimisation and implementing effective upgrades.
• Conduct software testing and code reviews to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and a good user experience across platforms.
• Create technical documentation, providing insights into backend architecture, codebase, and usage methodologies TDD.

Work autonomously within agile processes.

• Set clear goals, prioritise tasks, and be accountable.
• Show initiative and adaptability.
• Deliver high-quality code on schedule.

Share your knowledge with other teams.

• Participate in knowledge-sharing and demo sessions with your fellow engineers, and showcase your awesome work to the entire organization!

About you

• Understand React Native frameworks.
• Understand server-side development using Node.js and Nest.
• Have experience UI/UX principles and their integration into software applications.
• Understand relational databases, such as PostgreSQL.
• Have knowledge of RESTful API design principles and security best practices.
• Have experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Have knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Be a good communicator that loves problem-solving and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Enjoys writing clean, well-structured, and efficient code following coding standards.
• Is detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Has proactive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement, including staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Has a positive attitude, open-mindedness, and resilience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in fullstack mobile development, with proven expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Plus: prior exposure to working in a marketplace or platform-based business model.
