Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineering T4 to deliver preventive and corrective services for diagnostic systems in Brazil. The role is on-site in Sorocaba - SP and reports to the Field Service Coordinator SP+.

You will lead service activities, interact with customers, and drive KPIs while maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in technical services, engineering expertise, and fluency in English and Portuguese,

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in technical services (IVD) or similar.
• Hands-on service, pre- and post-installation, on field and remote.
• Strong in processes and KPIs.
• Lead action plans for deviations.
• Advanced English and native Brazilian Portuguese.
• Willing to travel >40% and be on-site with customers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

The Field Service Engineering T4 is responsible for is responsible for delivering services to our customers, performing preventive and corrective technical services in line with good maintenance practices, the FSE has an important role in delivering results within business expectations, as well as leading the installed base assigned to him/her for excellence in performance, the FSE is the strongest link between the real needs of customers and Beckman Coulter organization, act as a business partner, leadership is essential in maintaining a high level of satisfaction and meeting customer needs. This position reports to the Field Service Coordinator SP+ and is part of Service Brasil located in Sorocaba - SP and will be an on-site role. working exclusively within one of the company's most important clients as a Resident Engineer

Responsibilities

• Customer facing role and relationship.
• Lead as a team member and in partnership with their peers and the entire organization to achieve results.
• Act as a role model in how to better serve customers, Manage demands versus priorities, also lead plans that impact on service metrics in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
• Support the service business, execute the budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses, all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance.

Essential Requirements

• degree in Engineering or similar
• Experience >5 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry
• Proven experience with hands-on Service, pre and post installation, on field and remotely
• Skill with processes and KPIs
• lead execution of action plans for deviations
• Advanced in English, native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese
• Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Available for travelling >40% of worktime, be on site with customers
