BairesDev is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) to design and deploy multi-step agentic systems that transform AI prototypes into production-ready solutions for customers worldwide. You will design agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen, build multi-agent orchestration, and ensure observability, safety, and alignment with business needs in a fully remote, flexible environment.

This role requires strong English, 4+ years in software/AI, and a passion for cutting-edge

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing multi-step agentic systems and autonomous agents.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of transformer architectures and tool-calling patterns.
• Experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent coordination, and observability for long-running workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI), you will specialize in designing and deploying multi-step agentic systems to solve complex business challenges. You will act as a technical driver, transforming initial AI prototypes into production-ready, scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer environments.
