Job summary

Societe Generale SA in São Paulo is seeking an on-site intern to assist Treasury and Product Control teams. You will help prepare daily P&L reports and risk reports, ensuring adherence to local policies while gaining exposure to corporate finance operations in a global bank.

The role requires a currently enrolled student with graduation anticipated around June 2028, strong English skills, and solid Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• On-site availability in the Bela Vista region, São Paulo.
• Pursuing a degree with graduation expected from June 2028 onwards.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; VBA/Python knowledge is desirable.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and ability to work across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of Treasury daily management P&L reports.
• Support the preparation of daily Market Risk and Liquidity Risk reports, ensuring compliance with local policy limits.
• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and automation of Product Control processes.

Profile required

• Availability to work fully on-site in the Bela Vista region (São Paulo/SP).
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering (Production, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer, or related quantitative fields).
• Graduation expected from June 2028 onwards.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, commitment, flexibility, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, strong analytical mindset, and a balanced interpersonal profile able to work collaboratively across different stakeholders.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA and/or Python is desirable; understanding of financial mathematics is desirable.
