Jobtailor is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle billing, collections, and reconciliations, ensuring timely processing and data integrity. The role involves cash applications, discrepancy analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Candidates with ERP experience (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills will thrive in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required, with university studies a plus; English or Spanish language skills are advantageous.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or financial routines (strong plus).
• Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables and data analysis).
• Knowledge of billing, collection and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (plus).
• English or Spanish (plus).

• Currently pursuing a university degree will be considered a plus.
