Jobtailor is seeking a finance associate to perform low-complexity tasks in the accounting area, under supervision. You will prepare documents, collect and analyze data, and support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities.

You will assist in process improvements, respond to audit requests, and help with tasks such as bank reconciliation and tax-related analyses, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Sciences Contábeis).
• Intermediate English is a plus, with experience in BI tools and Excel at an intermediate/advanced level.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare documents and collect data for finance tasks.
• Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury under supervision.
• Analyze activities related to the financial routine, including cash flow and bank reconciliation.
• Assist in audit responses and respond to routine inquiries.
• Support process improvement projects and propose solutions to managers.

Overview

• Perform low-complexity tasks in the finance area by preparing documents, collecting and analyzing data.
• Carry out area activities under supervision in process execution.
• Develop area processes and projects by proposing solutions to managers.
• Execute area projects upon manager validation.
• Assist on area projects by performing simple tasks under supervision.
• Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury.
• Perform other activities of similar complexity inherent to the role.
• Assist in the analysis of various activities related to the financial routine, such as:
• Petty cash control;
• Cash flow control;
• Invoice verification;
• Bank reconciliation;
• Analysis of taxes withheld and paid;
• Posting of invoices;
• Payments and receipts routine;
• Collection of delinquent accounts;
• Foreign exchange operations;
• Recording/settlement of items in the financial management system;
• Relationship with banks;
• Customer and supplier service;
• Responding to audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Sciences Contábeis).
• Differential: Intermediate English, experience in Telecom, BI tools and Excel (Intermediate/Advanced).
