Jobtailor is seeking a capable Financial Analyst/Controller to manage financial and operational routines within the designated area. You will perform controls, reconciliations, and analyses to support closing and reporting, while monitoring KPIs and ensuring data accuracy across teams.

The role emphasizes process improvements, automation, and documentation to strengthen controls and drive efficiency. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential for success.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and monitor the area's financial and operational routines.
• Perform controls, reconciliations, and analyses of financial information.
• Support results closing and the preparation of management reports.
• Monitor KPIs and support data reconciliation and consistency checks.
• Track expenses, revenues, and other financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure processes are executed correctly and requests are addressed.
• Identify deviations, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process corrections.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing simplifications, automation, and operational efficiency gains.
• Contribute to the documentation, standardization, and strengthening of the area's controls.
