Job summary

Job description

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Brazil.

In this role, you will strengthen the company’s financial planning and performance management by combining business partnership, financial analysis, and data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with different business and Finance teams to support integrated planning, identify risks and opportunities, and help the organization deliver its financial commitments.

How You’ll Drive Results

• Monitor the company’s financial performance through key performance indicators, identifying risks, opportunities, and variances against the Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and strategic targets.
• Play an active role in the monthly close process, analyzing actual results and translating performance versus Forecast, Plan, and prior year into meaningful business insights.
• Lead the financial valuation of demand projections generated through the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, assessing impacts on revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA.
• Ensure alignment between demand forecasts, financial objectives, and the Annual Operating Plan, supporting accurate and integrated business planning.
• Partner with Business Teams, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain Finance to develop, monitor, and execute action plans that support financial commitments and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Finance and Trade Marketing to analyze Price, Volume, and Mix (PVM) performance, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage financial data in Oracle EPM, ensuring consistency and integrity across monthly close results, financial forecasts, and corporate reporting.
• Serve as a key point of contact for validating the quality and accuracy of financial information reported to corporate systems and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement, simplification, and automation across FP&A activities to enhance efficiency, data reliability, and team productivity.
• Support internal and external audits, corporate requests, and ad hoc analyses related to the financial performance of the Brazil operation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• At least 3 years of professional experience in FP&A, including hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial analysis.
• Strong FP&A knowledge, with a solid understanding of accounting and tax fundamentals.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate financial and operational data into clear business recommendations and insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and practical knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Query.
• Experience with SAP and/or Enterprise Performance Management tools. Oracle EPM experience is preferred.
• Strong business‑partnering and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing teams.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset, with the ability to simplify processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Advanced English is required.
