The External Operation Supply Chain Leader drives the strategy for Wella Company’s Brazil Third‑Party Manufacturing (TPM) network, supporting both Retail Hair and Professional businesses. Acting as a virtual plant manager, this role ensures alignment between category objectives and TPM goals, optimizing performance across Service, Quality, Cost, and Cash while fostering a quality‑driven, cost‑efficient, and agile external manufacturing network.
This position also leads a cross‑functional team to execute initiatives that enable market success. The Site Initiative Leader (SIL), responsible for innovation, technical readiness, and Supply Network Design projects, reports to the Brazil Supply Chain Leader.

Manage end‑to‑end supply chain readiness for new initiatives. Coordinate project kick‑offs, trials, and technical system set‑ups. Ensure OTIF delivery and quality at launch.
