Wildlife Studios in São Paulo seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with leaders across Operations and Engineering, guiding resource allocation and identifying savings and efficiency opportunities.

You will own the FP&A cycle (budgeting, forecasting, 1- and 3-year plans), lead cross-functional processes, and translate financial results into actionable insights for executives and investors. A finance background and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in finance and/or cost management.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Advanced English.
• Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Curiosity about AI and interest in using it to automate and improve financial processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the FP&A cycle: budgeting, forecasting, and 1-year and 3-year plans.
• Lead cross-functional processes with partner teams: IT Infrastructure, Corporate Technology licenses and Payroll.
• Analyze financial results and turn them into actionable insights for the executive team and investors.
• Track the execution of company strategy in the financials, the impact of new decisions, risks and opportunities.
• Own Working Capital and Income Taxes models, and drive efficiency initiatives.
• Contribute with AI automation projects (Closing analyses and rolling forecasts).

We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior FP&A Analyst to join Wildlife's FP&A Team in São Paulo. We’re looking for an FP&A analyst to act as a business partner to key leaders: run financial routines, analyses and reports, guiding how we allocate resources, and finding savings and efficiency opportunities, with ownership and a mindset that goes beyond the obvious.

What you’ll do

• Own the FP&A cycle (budgeting, forecasting, 1-Year and 3-Year Plans, results tracking) as Finance Business Partner for Operations and Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional processes with partner teams: Cloud Economics (IT Infrastructure), Corporate Technology (Licenses) and Payroll (People Costs).
• Analyze financial and accounting results in depth and turn them into actionable insights for the executive team and investors.
• Track the execution of company strategy in the financials, the impact of new decisions, risks and opportunities.
• Own the Working Capital and Income Taxes models, and drive efficiency initiatives;
• Contribute with AI automation projects (Closing analyses and rolling forecasts).
