Responsibilities

• Contribute to the company's cash flow generation and support an agile, efficient order-to-cash process.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Past Due, DSO, Disputes, and other KPIs, aligning goals and priorities with the team.
• Ensure a robust credit analysis process and proactive risk mitigation.
• Assist the business team with receivable and payable processes, coordinate supplier and customer open balances, and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Address abnormal account balances, including long aging or unmatched reconciliation results, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Perform financial statement analysis for risk assessment and conduct proactive portfolio reviews.
• Maintain a comprehensive hyper-care process for high-risk customers.
• Collaborate with reports and reserves to ensure proper alignment, provide early warnings, and drive proactive actions to mitigate risks or seize opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, emphasizing automation and technology.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and support internal audits.
• Build positive, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders across Business, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Delivery, Compliance, Tax, and Accounting.
• Support and participate in financial closing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in a treasury environment.
• Advanced English skills are mandatory (daily communication with China).
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience working in a multinational company.
• Experience managing bank relationships and collection negotiations in large, multistate corporations.
