Our Finance Controls team is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic-minded professional to ensure the integrity, compliance, and validation of TAX area processes. You'll be pivotal in establishing robust controls that enhance the integrity of our financial data and ensure that our financial strategies are not only effective but also sustainable and transparent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits of tax-related data and processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
• Validate data integrity for reports submitted to regulators and external auditors.
• Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to monitor and enhance TAX area performance.
• Collaborate with the TAX area to provide guidance on process improvements.
• Serve as an independent validator for tax-related initiatives and business projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compliance findings and recommendations.
• Proactively identify areas of potential risk and collaborate on strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Legal, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial control, audit, accounting or tax compliance.
• In-depth understanding of tax strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and process efficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to participate in meetings, draft reports, and deliver presentations.
• Experience with financial control frameworks and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
