Analyst, Financial Reporting Reinsurance

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Financial/Administrative Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent accounting knowledge, and a solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Processing and recording accounts payable and receivable accurately and timely;
2. Performing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies;
3. Managing the company's cash flow;
4. Preparing financial reports for the Group;
5. Collaborating with other teams to ensure financial data accuracy;
6. Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions;
7. Monitoring and evaluating investment performance;
8. Managing daily operations such as supplier contracts, couriers, notaries, and vehicle fleet.

Qualifications and skills:

• Degree in accounting or related fields;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Financial/Administrative Analyst;
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, with a good understanding of system dependencies;
• Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to manipulate and clearly communicate data;
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Ownership mentality and initiative-taking ability;
• Resilient and adaptable, able to remain calm under pressure and adjust to changing priorities;
• Self-starter with solutions-oriented mindset, capable of working within a multicultural, matrix environment;
• Ability to develop and communicate solutions for complex issues within a large organization;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration.
