We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Financial/Administrative Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of accounting, and a solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
·Process and record accounts payable and receivable accurately and on time;
·Perform monthly bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies;
·Manage cash flow of the companies;
·Prepare financial reports for the Group;
·Collaborate with other teams to ensure the accuracy of financial information;
·Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions;
·Monitor and evaluate investment performance;
·Manage the day-to-day operations of facilities (e.g.: supplier contracts, couriers, notaries, car fleet).
SHARE your talent
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
·Graduated in accounting or related fields;
·Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial/Administrative Analyst;
·Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs as well as a sound understanding of system dependencies;
·Excellent level of numeracy, with demonstrable evidence of manipulating data clearly and accurately with the ability to extract & clearly articulate key points;
·Able to organize self-including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines. Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude;
·Comfortable taking ownership for own work, identifying the need for action (using initiative) whilst working effectively within a team;
·Displays a resilient and adaptable style, track record of remaining calm in demanding circumstances, adjusting comfortably to changing conditions / priorities;
·Self-starter who is solution orientated and who has the ability to work within a matrix-organized team environment with multi-cultural backgrounds and experiences;
·Independently develops, communicates and oversees the execution of solutions to resolve issues persistently within a large and complex group of companies;
·Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal clients and customers;
·Intermediate English level.
