Position Overview: Field Application Specialist (FAS)

The FAS role involves executing customer service strategies, supporting our applications and field services teams, and promoting our solutions. The FAS must perform at a high level to ensure excellent service, support marketing and commercial strategies, and serve as a key customer advocate.

This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, with opportunities for remote work, office presence, and on-site customer visits. Our vision is to reimagine healthcare through continuous innovation.

Team and Reporting Structure

You will be part of the Field Service Application Team, reporting to the Field Service Application Leader Brazil. Your responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction during pre-sales and post-sales, delivering technical support, and helping customers meet their business challenges while supporting education and market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support on-site visits and remote assistance, troubleshooting, and training. Act as the primary contact for product-related issues and strategic decision support.
• Maintain active communication between Beckman Coulter and customers, including supporting marketing launches and campaigns.
• Lead ongoing customer education, assist in publishing scientific articles, and highlight our services' market advantages.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in clinical laboratory education and at least 3 years in clinical analysis workflows, with theoretical and practical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics, preferably with Beckman Coulter or similar products.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is desirable. Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker preferred.
• Availability to travel within Brazil and internationally for training and customer service, primarily face-to-face.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Biology.
