The Field Application Specialist (FAS) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for executing customer service strategies, contributing to the applications and field services team in favor of our customers, being a powerful ally and promoter of our solutions. The FAS must perform at a high level to deliver solid results and is also responsible for supporting marketing and commercial strategies.

This position is part of Service Brazil located in São Paulo and will involve remote work, office work, and on-site customer visits. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be part of the Field Service Application Team and report to the Field Service Application Leader Brazil. Your responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction for pre-sales and after-sales services, delivering high technical performance, supporting customers in meeting their business challenges, and supporting education and new challenges, becoming a key part of our customers' business decisions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support on-site visits and remote assistance, troubleshooting, and training. Act as a focal point for customers on product-related issues and strategic decision-making support.
• Serve as an active communication bridge between Beckman Coulter and customers, including marketing support with new launches and promotion campaigns.
• Lead the continuing education of our customers, supporting them in publishing relevant scientific articles and highlighting our services as a market differentiator.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Proven experience with continuing education for clinical laboratory customers and >3 years in clinical analysis laboratory workflows, with theoretical and practical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics in Beckman Coulter or similar product lines.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is desirable. Native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese.
• Availability to travel within Brazil and internationally for training, with face-to-face interaction being a key characteristic of the role.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Biology.
