Position: Field Application Specialist (FAS)

The Field Application Specialist (FAS) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for executing customer service strategies, contributing to the applications and field services team in favor of our customers. The FAS must perform at a high level to deliver solid results, support marketing and commercial strategies, and act as a promoter of our solutions.

This position is part of Service Brazil, located in São Paulo, with opportunities to work remotely, in the office, and on-site at customer locations. Our vision at Beckman Coulter is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be part of the Field Service Application Team and report to the Field Service Application Leader Brazil. Your responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction for pre-sales and post-sales services, delivering technical support, and helping customers meet their business challenges, thereby supporting their decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on-site visits and remote assistance, troubleshooting, and training. Serve as a focal point for customer inquiries related to products and strategic support.
• Act as a communication bridge between Beckman Coulter and customers, including supporting marketing efforts with new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Lead ongoing education initiatives for customers, supporting scientific publications, and highlighting our services as market differentiators.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience with continuing education for clinical laboratory customers and >3 years' experience in clinical analysis laboratories, with theoretical and practical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics, preferably with Beckman Coulter or similar product lines.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is desirable. Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker preferred.
• Availability to travel within Brazil and internationally for training, with face-to-face customer interactions being a key aspect.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Biology.
