Novotel Ibis Melbourne Central is seeking an Executive Chef with the right blend of skill, fire, and finesse to lead Pretty Boy Restaurant & Bar and our Conference & Events spaces. If you can lead a team, craft memorable menus, and ensure smooth service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Inspire your team and lead by example.
2. Creativity: Develop exciting and innovative menus.
3. Operational Excellence: Manage food costs, stock, and efficiency.
